    We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Office Manager to join our growing team on a part-time basis of approximately 20 hours/week. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the smooth operation of our administrative and financial processes, supporting various aspects of our business operations.

    Qualifications

    One to two years in an office environment

    Proficiency with Microsoft Office

    Ability to work independently & efficiently

    Knowledge of financial software (QuickBooks), email and the internet is essential

    Responsibilities

    The position assumes broad involvement in most aspects of the business including, but not

    limited to, customer service, vendor relations, bookkeeping, marketing, and office administration.

    Bookkeeping includes, but isn’t limited to, accounts payable, accounts receivable, monthly bank reconciliation, tracking payroll hours.

    Perform general administrative duties such as answering phones, responding to emails, and managing office supplies.
